Dr Victor Goh, Founder & CEO

Victor’s professional experiences span across close to three decades of work with the public service and private sector, both as an entrepreneur and in senior management roles. His expertise lies in strategic planning, innovation, entrepreneurship, organisational development, and business development with top-line revenue responsibilities.

Some highlights of his credentials include:

• Dynamic leadership and communication style: Adept in building relationships, consensus and a shared sense of purpose.

• Strong entrepreneurial and innovative skills. Founded 3 start-ups and was the Top Prize Winner of the 1999 ONEChallenge Award - the inaugural broadband competition in Singapore.

• The chief architect that (1) developed the blueprint for the Individual Learning Portfolio (ILP) (2012), the precursor to MySkillsFuture portal; (2) designed the Innovation Lab at the Lifelong Learning Institute (2014); (3) pioneered the Training Network Model (2020).
